📊 Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is your command center. It has four main sections:
Home
View all your uploaded screenplays in a grid layout. Each card shows:
- Screenplay title
- Page count and character count
- Upload status
- Quick access to analysis
Analyze
The heart of MuseSecure Pro. Features include:
- Screenplay Viewer: Read your script with live text selection
- Chat Interface: Claude.ai-style conversation with your AI Script Doctor
- Analysis Types: 6 specialized analysis modes
- Selection Tool: Highlight specific passages for targeted feedback
Upload
Add new screenplays to your library:
- Drag-and-drop PDF upload
- Automatic text extraction
- Metadata management
- Version tracking with SHA256 hashing
Settings
Configure your analysis preferences:
- API provider and model selection
- Zero Data Retention toggle
- Maximum context characters
- Security preferences
📤 Uploading Screenplays
Supported Formats
- PDF (text-based, not scanned images)
- Standard screenplay formatting (Final Draft, Celtx, etc.)
- Maximum file size: 50MB
Upload Process
- Navigate to Upload page
- Fill in screenplay title (required)
- Add optional metadata:
- Genre (e.g., Thriller, Comedy, Drama)
- Logline (one-sentence summary)
- Upload PDF via drag-and-drop or file browser
- System automatically:
- Extracts text from PDF
- Calculates page and character count
- Generates SHA256 hash for integrity
- Stores file securely (encrypted, non-public directory)

Evaluates cinematic quality. Best for:

How to Use Analysis
- Select screenplay from list
- Read through your script in the viewer
- Highlight the passage you want analyzed (up to 8,000 characters by default)
- Click an analysis type button OR type a custom question
- Review AI feedback in chat interface
- Continue conversation for follow-up questions
💡 Pro Tip: Analyze 1-2 page passages at a time for most detailed feedback. Full scenes work best.

API Configuration
- Provider: Choose between Anthropic Claude or OpenAI
- API Key: Stored encrypted with AES-256-CBC
- Model: Specify exact model version (e.g., claude-3-5-sonnet-20241022)
Analysis Settings
- Zero Data Retention: Enable to prevent AI training on your data
- Max Context Characters: Limit size of text selections (1,000 – 100,000)
